In recent years, Indonesia has sped up industrialization, toping in attraction of foreign investment among Southeast Asian countries. To create favorable investment climate, ensure investment security, BKPM and Indonesia Police jointly hosted “Indonesia Investment Security Forum” on September 19 to which 35 well-known local and foreign-funded enterprises were invited. Xing Xuefeng and Imelda, from Public Security Dept. of Indonesian subsidiary and the representative of enterprises in the Industrial Park Wu Guilin, on behalf of Hengshun Zhongsheng upon invitation, attended this Forum.

Chairman of BKPM Thomas Lembong and Chief of Indonesia Police Muhammad Karnarian expressed in their speeches, “Security of investment has always been one of the focuses of government which will cooperate with Police, take effective measures to secure investment and create favorable investment environment to attract more investors.”

At the Forum, enterprise representatives had direct exchange with Chairman Thomas and Police Chief Muhammad with respect to land acquisition, handling of relationship with local government and other issues regarding to security.
